| How do I use MoCoLife?
Once you Log in to your account in MoCoLife, you will be directed to the Home page. The links on the left navigation consists of the services available through MoCoLife. To use any service just click on the link and you will be directed to the Service page. Click Link to know more:
The top right tabs is the information related to the user and MoCoLife.
Reports: Check all your transactions/ usage in My transactions.
Check information related to the purchases made in My Orders.
My Profile: Check or update information related to yourself in My Profile.
To change password or your Mobile Number go to My Profile.
Buy Credit: To buy Credits or check pricing.
Referrals: To refer Friends to register and use MoCoLife or check status of your reference.
SMS service
Compose SMS

Choose the sending option, whether you wish to send the message using Paid Credits or Free Credits

To send SMS to any mobile number across India.

Enter the mobile number with country code in the “TO” Box EX: 919999995825
- To send SMS to a group or multiple mobile numbers across India.
Enter the multiple mobile numbers with country code, separated by a comma.
EX: 919999995825, 919999995321,919899995719
- You can also choose to select any mobile number from the Contact list. Just click on the Contact button and you can view all the contacts saved by you in the Phonebook.
- Choose to send message using:
Paid Credits: Allows you to use upto 137 characters per message,
Free Credits: Allows you to use 80 Characters per message
- Type your message in the message Box.
- Choose whether you wish to send message immediately or at a later date. In case you wish to send SMS later, set the date and time you wish the SMS to be delivered.
- Alert Me on delivery: As the messages are delivered on the dates chosen by you, you will also be alerted with a message. Alert SMS is chargeable to 1 Paid credit.
- Confirm your schedule. And you message is sent.
Scheduled SMS -[ View image ]
- You can check your messages scheduled to be sent for a later date in Scheduled SMS.
- You can edit your Scheduled SMS.
- You can delete your Scheduled SMS.
- Credits will be reversed on Deletion of the message only if the deletion is 1 day before the actual delivery.
Sent SMS
You can check all your messages sent in Sent SMS.

Subscriptions
Services Available

- You can subscribe for any service from the list of services available.
- Credits/ pack: Number of credits for each pack.
Subscribed Services
- You can check the services you have subscribed for in Subscribed Services
- Credits once charged for subscription service will be reversed only in the scenario if the delivery of the service has not started .

Reminders
Set Reminders
- [ View image ]
- Choose the sending option,
whether you wish to get Reminder
message through PAID credits or Free Credits.
- Choose the event date & time.
- Choose when you want to be reminded before the
start of the event.
- You can also choose to send similar Reminders
to any single mobile number or multiple mobile numbers across
India.
My Reminders
- Credits once deducted for Reminders will only be reversed if the deletion is 1 hour before the start of the service.

Gift-a-Ringtone - [ View image ]
- Select Ringtone.
- Enter the Mobile Number.
- Confirm
the Ringtone to be sent.

Phonebook
Contacts - [ View image ]
- Click on Add contacts.
- Enter what all details you wish to add. Mobile Number & First name are mandatory.
Group
- Enter Group Name and Save.
To add/delete Contacts to the Group click
Manage Contacts.
- Click ALL to view all Contacts saved.
- Check contacts you want to Add to
the Group.
- Uncheck Contacts you want to remove
from the Group.

Wish-a-Friend
Add Greetings
- [ View image ]
- Enter the Mobile Number or choose Contacts from the Phone book.
- Enter Date & Time of Message delivery.
- Enter message you wish to send or Choose from the template provided.
- Click preview and Confirm.
- Check the greetings scheduled to be sent.
- You can delete any Greetings anytime before the delivery.
