which you respond to for more information, we will release either your mail-id
or your mobile number to the advertiser based on what you select on the
"Ad Preferences" screen which is a part of the MoCoLife website (This
service is not available during the alpha launch of MoCoLife).

We provide such information to
our subsidiaries, affiliated companies or other trusted businesses or persons
for the purpose of processing personal information on our behalf. We require
that these parties agree to process such information based on our instructions
and in compliance with this Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality
and security measures taken from time to time.

We have good faith and belief
that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably
necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or
enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable Terms of Use,
including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent,

against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of MoCoLife, its users

If MoCoLife becomes involved in
a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we

non-personal information” is information that is recorded about users and
collected into groups so that it no longer reflects or references an individually

b. You can terminate your account at any time (only subsequent to the
commercial launch). If you terminate your account, your profile, including any
messages in your inbox will be removed from the site and deleted from MoCoLife
servers. Because of the way we maintain this Service, such deletion may not be
immediate and residual copies of your profile information may remain on backup
media.

MoCoLife’s Terms of Use and MoCoLife's prohibition on spamming and unethical
marketing activities.

promotional messages about MoCoLife to group mail-ids (like yahoo groups,
google groups etc)

MoCoLife on discussion boards, forums unrelated to MoCoLife's context (the
definition of MoCoLife's context is at the sole discretion of MoCoLife).

Sending
unsolicited messages promoting MoCoLife to any person/group.
a. Any registered User of MoCoLife can send SMS text messages to
his/her friends, family, colleagues, clients, contacts, etc. using the MoCoLife
Interface. These interface conditions of use strictly forbid spamming to cell
phone Users. We have several software filters to block spam messages. However,
we cannot guarantee that spamming will not ever occur. Please let us know
(email to mobilecs@indiatimes.co.in) the details of the message like content of
message, time of delivery, sender name or number, etc so that we can
immediately check and block the user responsible for the same.
b. Appending contextual advertisements to users SMS is not considered
as spam within the meaning of spam. Spam is a totally uninvited message urging
the recipient to avail of some services. But here the advertisement is part of
a personal message which the recipient receives and is not a totally uninvited
message. Also, the user has specifically opted-in to use this FREE service to
send SMS to the recipient. Further the communication is between two known
persons.
a. Although your privacy is our top priority, due to the existing
statutory, legal and technical environment, we are unable to ensure that
personally identifiable information of our Users will not be disclosed to third
parties in ways that are not described in this policy. Additionally, we may
(and here you give us authorization to) disclose any private information about
you to private entities, law enforcement or other government officials, which
we may believe to be necessary at our sole discretion or appropriate to address
or to resolve inquiries or problems. We undertake that this will not be done
for commercial purposes or for our personal gain.
